VP of AI Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, AI Development to help build and grow its AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI/agent strategy and roadmap
• Establish AI best practices and contribute to building a cross-functional AI team
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven methods

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/data/ML engineering with 2+ years working on AI/ML systems in production
• Experience with Agentic AI development
• Proficiency in Python development
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and exposure to containerization, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code
• Experience in mortgage or financial services
