VP of AI Operations

Job Summary

To support the transformation of the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote VP of AI Operations will architect and scale systems, workflows, and automation capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Field Operations while collaborating with executive leaders and reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency across the go-to-market organization
• Scale automation capabilities to optimize processes in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Collaborate with executive leaders across GTM and R&D to drive AI-native execution and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading operational transformations within a technology or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and execution in AI-driven organizations
• Experience with automation technologies and systems integration
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at an executive level
• Track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
