VP of AI Security Strategy

Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the VP of AI Security Strategy will own the AI security portfolio, define multi-year strategies, lead a team of product managers, and represent the organization externally at industry events and with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and success metrics for the AI security portfolio on the Pathfinder platform
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers while driving cross-functional alignment with engineering and marketing
• Act as the principal external voice for the company, engaging with customers, analysts, and industry leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years in product management or technical strategy, with a focus on cybersecurity
• 5+ years of product leadership experience, including team building and management
• Proven experience in shipping AI-native products that significantly change value propositions
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML systems and the agentic threat landscape
