VP of AI Security Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the AI security portfolio, the full-time remote VP of AI Security Strategy will define multi-year strategies, manage a team of product managers, and represent the company at industry events while ensuring alignment across engineering, marketing, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and business success metrics for the AI security portfolio on the Pathfinder platform
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, overseeing product development from design to market launch
• Act as a senior authority on the agentic AI threat landscape, engaging with customers and analysts to shape competitive strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years in product management or technical strategy with a focus on cybersecurity
• 5+ years of product leadership experience, including team building and management
• Proven experience in shipping AI-native products that fundamentally change value propositions
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML systems and identity security concepts
