Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of AI Strategy & Innovation to lead the integration of AI across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Accelerate efficiency gains through AI automation and deliver ROI-positive AI solutions
• Manage a Director of AI Solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI initiatives
• Design and implement AI training programs and drive internal communications on AI marketing impact

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or technology roles, with 1-2 years in AI solutions
• Previous people management experience
• Expertise in evaluating and deploying AI solutions for operational scale and product differentiation
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and no-/low-code platforms
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams on AI-enhanced features
