VP of Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a centralized organization of skilled analytic professionals, the full-time VP of Analytics will develop enterprise analytics capabilities to enhance medical trend analysis, clinical program support, and provider performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of an Analytics Center of Excellence to integrate multiple data sources and establish consistent KPI definitions across the enterprise
• Organize and structure the analytics team to meet the needs of various business leaders and stakeholders
• Define an enterprise-wide analytics vision that consolidates KPIs into central measures of business performance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Informatics, or Medical Economics
• Experience analyzing large healthcare administrative claims data, EHR/EMR data, or complex relational healthcare databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or other STEM fields (Master's preferred)
