VP of Bill Review Operations
Job Summary
Leading the Bill Review Services organization, the full-time remote VP of Bill Review Operations will oversee operational and financial performance, establish strategic direction in partnership with the EVP of Payment Integrity, and develop a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage operational performance and service delivery while achieving departmental objectives
- Set organizational priorities and make strategic decisions to optimize performance and support growth
- Develop and coach senior leaders, establishing clear expectations for operational and financial outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, payment integrity, or related fields
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multiple functions
- Proven success in leading complex operations through growth and transformation
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience in performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
