Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow a team of Business Development Representatives while enhancing their career growth and maximizing efficiency
  • Define key workflows and messaging standards to institutionalize outbound excellence and maximize connections
  • Exceed new meeting and pipeline generation targets while advocating for necessary resources to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading BDR/SDR teams in a B2B SaaS or similar high-growth environment
  • Proven success in scaling a global BDR/SDR organization while achieving 100% quota attainment
  • Deep understanding of modern prospecting technology and best practices
  • Experience in implementing an ABM-style outreach strategy in Enterprise-sized organizations
  • Preferred experience engaging with CHRO, CFO, and Benefit Leader personas
