Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow a team of Business Development Representatives while enhancing their career growth and maximizing efficiency
- Define key workflows and messaging standards to institutionalize outbound excellence and maximize connections
- Exceed new meeting and pipeline generation targets while advocating for necessary resources to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading BDR/SDR teams in a B2B SaaS or similar high-growth environment
- Proven success in scaling a global BDR/SDR organization while achieving 100% quota attainment
- Deep understanding of modern prospecting technology and best practices
- Experience in implementing an ABM-style outreach strategy in Enterprise-sized organizations
- Preferred experience engaging with CHRO, CFO, and Benefit Leader personas
