Job Summary

To support growth in the Southeast market, the remote VP of Business Development will manage existing client relationships and develop new middle-market business opportunities in commercial finance, particularly in factoring and asset-based lending.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand the established Southeast client base while generating new client relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth transition from a retiring market leader
  • Drive revenue growth by focusing on industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, and textiles
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial finance, asset-based lending, or factoring
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and working capital needs
  • Demonstrated success in business development and generating new client relationships
  • Experience with middle-market clients and business owners
  • Established network in the Southeast, particularly in the Carolinas
