VP of Care Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric behavioral health organization, the full-time remote VP of Care Operations will build and oversee systems, processes, and teams to enhance care delivery, ensuring operational success and alignment across clinical and market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement care model enhancements and operationalize clinical pathways
• Serve as an expert on care models and workflows, refining national protocols to drive standardization and efficiency
• Act as the voice of market operations in product development, ensuring alignment between operational realities and product requirements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in healthcare or high-growth services
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-function operations, including care delivery and shared services
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of clinical operations and product/technology
• Deep understanding of operational and clinical unit economics, connecting scheduling decisions to financial outcomes
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder alignment
