Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a tiered Strategist model for various customer segments and advertising channels
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing Strategist teams while establishing clear career paths and performance frameworks
• Build systems and processes to track performance and collaborate with internal teams to drive better business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant leadership experience in Digital Marketing, Ad Operations, or similar roles
• Previous management experience leading digital advertising strategists or ad operations teams
• Experience with full-funnel digital advertising on Amazon and/or Google
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a focus on motivation and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional decisions and stakeholders
