Job Summary

Leading the Client Growth organization, the full-time VP of Client Growth will oversee client relationships, drive retention and growth strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance portfolio performance in a remote setting across North America.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish strategic account practices and engagement standards to enhance portfolio performance
  • Build and scale commercial discipline and service models to drive sustainable Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Develop senior client growth leaders to influence executive stakeholders and manage complex enterprise relationships
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in scaling client growth or account management organizations in agency or professional services environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with expertise in pricing, scoping, contract negotiation, and margin management
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior client stakeholders and executive teams
  • Experience in building operational rigor and cross-functional alignment for sustainable growth
  • Track record of driving exceptional delivery and disciplined execution in client relationships
