Job Summary

Leading growth initiatives, the full-time salaried VP of Client Implementation Quality will ensure high-quality client implementation and operational excellence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversees quality assurance across client implementations, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and internal standards
  • Drives continuous improvement efforts to enhance delivery quality and client experience based on feedback and implementation outcomes
  • Establishes and monitors quality metrics and performance indicators related to client onboarding and ongoing delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's in Business Administration preferred
  • 10+ years of experience driving strategic initiatives and leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in a strategic leadership role within the healthcare or pharmacy sector preferred
  • Knowledge of financial models for pharmacy benefits and administrative services
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans in complex business environments
