VP of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

Providing executive oversight of clinical programs, the remote VP of Clinical Operations will lead Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance Program services, establish strategic direction, and ensure high-quality service delivery across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Directly supervise AVP-level clinical leaders, ensuring accountability and performance management across clinical operations
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide clinical strategies, policies, and procedures to support compliant care delivery
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and oversee grievance management processes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience
• 10+ years of healthcare operations, managed care, or business management experience
• Significant experience overseeing behavioral health and/or EAP programs
• Proven track record in utilization management and clinical program oversight
• Strong technical aptitude with experience using relevant software and platforms
