Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical strategy formulation for high-impact programs targeting seniors and high-risk patient care
• Oversee the lifecycle of clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate clinical strategies with financial and operational models

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with consulting experience or internal strategy leadership experience
• 10-15 years of post-graduate experience in clinical program development and implementation
• Strong understanding of population clinical and financial drivers in value-based care settings
• Hands-on experience with care management programs in senior care and Medicare
• Proven ability to execute strategic planning and align stakeholders across functional areas
