VP of Commerce Technology

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic leader, the full-time salaried VP of Commerce Technology will manage a team of over 200 professionals responsible for the technical design and operation of Autodesk's core commerce technology systems, ensuring scalable and innovative solutions for global transactions, pricing, and subscription management.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a combined product management and engineering organization focused on Autodesk's core commerce technology systems
• Own and evolve the technical roadmap for the commerce platform, aligning capabilities with business priorities
• Drive platform reliability and security standards to support Autodesk's global transactional volume

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing product and engineering teams
• Proven track record in building and operating large-scale commerce or transactional systems in a global SaaS environment
• Deep technical credibility with experience in architecture, system design, and compliance frameworks such as SOX and PCI-DSS
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
