Job Summary

VP of Creator Growth is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading the sales-led growth strategy for affiliate creator acquisition, collaborating with various teams to enhance creator engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the creator sales-led growth strategy, defining acquisition models and success metrics
  • Build and execute full-funnel creator acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
  • Lead and develop a high-performing creator SLG marketing team, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing goals
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in creator marketing or growth marketing roles with acquisition responsibilities
  • Background in a social media platform or creator economy company
  • Proven track record of building sales-led growth programs
  • Experience managing and growing a team in early-stage functions
  • Strong data orientation with experience in measurement frameworks and performance data analysis
