Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop Support and Customer Success teams
  • Implement scalable customer health scores and processes for proactive improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance customer experience at all touchpoints

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of leading Customer Success and Support teams
  • Management experience in PSO teams with a focus on process improvement
  • Ability to manage escalations at all levels, from operators to C-level executives
  • Identity and Access Management experience highly preferred
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions
