Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success (Telecom Infrastructure/Network).
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Customer Success strategy across onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, and advocacy
- Own customer retention metrics and develop strategies for increasing customer lifetime value
- Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success organization with established performance metrics and training programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
- 10+ years of telecommunications industry experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience roles
- Proven success managing recurring revenue portfolios and driving retention and expansion
- Experience with CRM and customer lifecycle platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.)
