Job Summary
Leading the technical sales team, the full-time salaried VP of Customer Success will manage both pre and post-sale customer journeys, ensuring successful onboarding, solution architecture, and long-term account health for global enterprise customers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee renewals and expansion revenue streams while forecasting accurately
- Scale the Technical Sales function to align offerings with customer needs and ensure solution validation
- Lead a proactive customer success team to maximize product adoption and long-term value for enterprise accounts
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Delivery, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing, customer-centric teams
- Demonstrated success in executing strategies that drive customer retention and expansion
- Deep understanding of SaaS and enterprise solution delivery
- A data-driven approach to performance tracking and continuous improvement
