Job Summary
Leading and scaling the technical Customer Success function, the full-time VP of Customer Success Engineering will manage a team, set operational models, and engage with strategic accounts while ensuring successful technical onboarding and renewal outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Engineers
- Drive successful implementations in complex enterprise environments
- Build and run a customer health and risk program while owning renewal readiness
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity and/or identity
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing technical roles
- Strong technical depth across enterprise SaaS implementation patterns
- Proven ability to build repeatable processes and scale a post-sales technical function
- Strong understanding of IAM technologies and cloud platforms
