VP of Data and Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise data and analytics capability, the full-time remote VP of Data and Analytics will develop a multi-year strategy, oversee data governance and engineering, and drive advanced analytics initiatives to support decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive enterprise data and analytics strategy, including current-state assessments and target-state architecture
• Oversee data ingestion processes, establish data quality frameworks, and chair the enterprise Data Governance program to ensure compliance
• Lead the delivery of business intelligence and advanced analytical models while partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into data products

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in leading data or analytics transformations and executing modernization roadmaps
• Expertise in cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT tooling, and business intelligence/visualization platforms
• Experience in building enterprise data governance programs and managing large multi-functional teams
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, with familiarity in HIPAA and federal data requirements
