Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute roadmaps for data engineering, analytics, and governance
• Drive the strategic vision for the data platform and make key architectural decisions
• Build and mentor a high-functioning data engineering team to deliver real-time, intelligent experiences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing Data Engineers and designing data-intensive solutions
• Proven experience in developing and executing a strategic data roadmap
• 5+ years of experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and similar ETL tools
• Hands-on experience in Rest/Restful API development and advanced SQL
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
