Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Data Science and AI Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise AI strategies aligned with business goals and collaborate with executive teams
• Lead AI initiatives, overseeing the development of advanced models and ensuring scalability and adherence to responsible AI guidelines
• Build and lead high-performing teams of data scientists and engineers while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 12+ years of experience in data science and/or AI/ML
• 6+ years of experience managing high-performance teams
• Proven track record of driving business impact through data science initiatives
• Expertise in predictive and generative AI technologies and their business applications
• Experience with large-scale data and ML systems and strong understanding of responsible AI practices
