VP of Delivery Assurance
Job Summary
Leading the global delivery assurance function, the full-time VP of Delivery Assurance will oversee program quality, manage the global PMO, and ensure delivery excellence across all regions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the global delivery assurance function and ensure program quality across all PS-led and SI-led programs
- Drive the integration of program management and delivery assurance methodologies, including AI-enabled tools, into a cohesive delivery standard
- Lead the global PMO as a unified organization, ensuring consistent program management standards and managing the cost-center budget
Required qualifications
- 15+ years in professional services or large-scale program delivery, with at least 7 years in senior program leadership or PMO executive roles
- Demonstrated experience in global program assurance and delivery excellence within a large services organization
- Proven track record of recovering high-stakes customer programs and rebuilding trust at the executive level
- Deep experience with SI partners and joint-delivery accountability models
- Experience leading methodology evolution through agile transformation, cloud transition, or AI/automation adoption
