Job Summary
Leading the demand-generation strategy, the full-time VP of Demand Generation will manage the end-to-end revenue engine, focusing on integrated campaigns, paid media, and collaboration with Sales and RevOps, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the demand-generation revenue engine to grow marketing-sourced qualified pipeline
- Develop a repeatable, AI-native demand system that enhances pipeline efficiency and reduces cost-per-opportunity
- Build and lead a high-performing revenue marketing team, ensuring accountability and alignment with company goals
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on growth and demand generation
- Proven track record in scaling marketing for technical B2B products, particularly in developer-first environments
- Experience in creating and managing AI-native marketing workflows or systems
- Strong understanding of revenue marketing analytics and attribution tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive stakeholders
