VP of DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of DevOps, responsible for the reliability, security, and operational excellence of multiple SaaS product stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of three legacy production stacks while developing a new platform
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize the infrastructure layer for the new platform, including CI/CD and deployment pipelines
• Lead security practices across all product stacks, managing vulnerabilities, access controls, and incident responses

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, with 5+ in a senior leadership role
• Experience in operating and stabilizing legacy systems while building modern infrastructure
• Strong background in infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi, Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Expertise in observability platforms and CI/CD pipeline management
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and managing distributed teams
