VP of Digital Growth

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Digital Growth, this full-time remote position will lead the digital business by owning the strategy, performance, and growth of key digital channels, including ecommerce, social commerce, and paid media, while managing agency relationships and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the integrated digital growth strategy across various channels, translating company objectives into actionable initiatives
• Oversee the DTC site strategy and ecommerce experience, enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates
• Lead social and content strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and brand voice

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or growth for a DTC brand
• Proven leadership at the Director or VP level with direct ownership of digital strategy and channel performance
• Deep expertise in ecommerce platforms, social commerce, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience building or scaling social-commerce channels like TikTok Shop
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for executives
