• Own and execute the strategic growth plan for digital and omnichannel customers
• Lead joint business planning and engagements with key partners, ensuring alignment on strategies
• Oversee external agencies and partners, managing performance to defined metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive e-commerce and omnichannel leadership experience
• Proven success in driving growth for consumer goods, ideally in home or mattress categories
• Demonstrated ability to build and transform teams and lead complex change initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
• Experience launching or scaling DTC brands is a plus
