Fluent in both blockchain and institutional finance, the full-time VP of Ecosystem Partnerships will own the ecosystem development strategy, lead partnership negotiations, and drive product integrations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own and defend zerohash's ecosystem thesis, identifying key chains, tokens, and infrastructure layers
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with product and engineering teams
- Serve as a visible external voice on onchain infrastructure, engaging with industry leaders and representing the company at conferences
Required qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure with a focus on ecosystem development
- Deep knowledge of onchain architecture, token models, and bridging risks
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-party commercial agreements
- Institutional credibility with a recognized voice in the blockchain space
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects of asset integration
