Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development
• 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role managing teams of 20+ engineers
• Deep understanding of the MarTech landscape and customer-facing technology
• Experience in program and project management for large, cross-functional initiatives
