Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams in high-growth or startup environments
• Strong technical background in modern web architectures, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Experience with complex AI, optimization, or data-intensive systems in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and translate goals into technical strategies
• Experience operating in DoD, IC, federal, or similarly regulated environments
