VP of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the engineering organization in a fully remote capacity, the VP of Engineering will drive execution, foster a high-performance culture, and pioneer the integration of AI into the software development lifecycle while managing organizational growth and technical strategy.

• Engage in system design and architecture discussions to navigate complex technical trade-offs across the platform
• Pioneer the integration of AI capabilities into the software development lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Deep technical credibility in architecture and system design discussions
• Experience with modern web, mobile, and cloud environments, particularly Ruby on Rails and React
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams of 30-60 engineers
• Strong background in evolving developer workflows to leverage automation and AI
• Excellent asynchronous communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation and structured delegation
