VP of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading four engineering value streams, the full-time remote VP of Engineering will manage teams focused on Banking Core Integration, Business Banking, Vendor Integration, and Client Analytics while establishing a quality engineering framework across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering delivery, velocity, and technical excellence across multiple value streams while managing engineering managers and tech leads
• Design and implement a comprehensive quality framework, including automation standards and release readiness criteria for all engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce release gate processes and drive a cultural shift towards AI-assisted engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with a minimum of 4 years in leadership roles managing engineering teams
• Extensive background in quality engineering, including hands-on experience building automation frameworks in multi-platform environments
• Proven track record of implementing release gate processes and managing high-pressure decision-making in regulated environments
• Experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Appium, and familiarity with Angular, Swift, and Kotlin
• Strong ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution, maintaining close engagement with engineering workflows
