Required Qualifications

• VP-level engineering leader with experience in market-facing platforms
• Proven experience in building and scaling engineering teams for complex systems
• Deep understanding of institutional trading and brokerage technology
• Experience with systems supporting cross-asset risk and margining
• Strong architectural judgment in regulated environments
