Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in engineering organizations, managing teams of 200+ engineers
• 15+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical judgment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience in bringing products to market, including coordinating deadlines and developing marketing strategies
• Strong focus on customer needs and a commitment to innovative solutions
