Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering for Operations Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Ops Hub product to new heights by enabling front-office teams to integrate and manage customer data
Manage a team of over 200 engineers to build powerful and user-friendly software
Collaborate with other engineering leaders and stakeholders to align technical development with business goals

Required Qualifications:

Experience as a software/platform engineering leader at a VP/GM level
Domain knowledge in Big Data Processing, CRM/SaaS space, and related technologies
Familiarity with modern tech stack including Jira, Kubernetes, Java, SQL, and more
Proven ability to communicate effectively and align with business leaders
Demonstrated strategic vision and user empathy
