VP of Engineering, Reliability

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering, Reliability to lead infrastructure and reliability operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the reliability engineering roadmap to align with enterprise growth
• Establish and manage performance frameworks such as SLOs and error budgets
• Lead organizational development and foster a culture of ownership and high craftsmanship

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles for infrastructure or reliability teams
• Proven track record managing organizations of 40+ engineers across SRE, DevOps, and Tooling
• Experience evolving reliability operating models in scaling businesses
• Deep expertise in regulated sectors such as Legal Tech, Fintech, or Healthcare
• Strong technical command of cloud infrastructure, including AWS and CI/CD practices
