VP of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and integration of enterprise applications, the fully remote VP of Enterprise Applications will manage the evolution and stability of PHM's application ecosystem while collaborating with Technology and Business Operations to enhance processes and support AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Stabilize and scale the integrated release process across PHM's enterprise applications
• Build a clear release roadmap to support Companion and future enterprise application needs
• Improve documentation, SOPs, testing discipline, and change management across business-critical platforms

Required qualifications

• Senior leadership experience owning enterprise applications or a comparable technology function
• Experience leading integrated SaaS and enterprise application environments
• Demonstrated success in stabilizing or scaling release and change management processes
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear language for business stakeholders
• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships and developing technical team members
