Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO on financial strategy, budgeting, and organizational leadership
• Oversee accounting activities, financial management, and compliance across multiple regions
• Manage the Finance Manager and ensure adherence to accounting methods and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in non-profit finance or similar fields
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience
• Advanced accounting and financial management skills, including expertise in GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting cycles
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
