VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating strategic direction and supporting tactical initiatives
• Maintain relations with management team and oversee financial reporting
• Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years progressive experience in accounting or finance positions
• Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investments
• Proven effectiveness leading professionals in finance and accounting
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred
