Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive financial analysis and forecasting, including defining, calculating, and monitoring key metrics and performance indicators
- Oversee company-wide budgeting process and work with department heads to understand variance
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a VP at a Series C+/$50MM+ revenue startup with multiple direct reports
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and/or management consulting roles
- Experience with multiple transactions, including having led at least one $100MM+ transaction at a startup
- Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
- Experience with financial monitoring and projections for transaction-based (e.g. non-SAAS) businesses
