VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to direct financial strategy and oversee day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company's P&L and balance sheet, safeguarding cash and optimizing working capital
• Build and refine financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decisions
• Lead annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and monitor burn rates across all functions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance leadership, including experience as a CFO or VP Finance in a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup environment
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and performance tracking
• Experience managing financial operations for U.S.-based legal entities
• Strong knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus
• Track record of supporting fundraising and investor communications
