VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to lead the finance function and serve as a strategic partner on the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, shaping company direction and growth priorities
• Lead strategic planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation to support agile decision-making
• Own the full finance function, including FP&A, accounting, and financial operations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial operations, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
• Prior experience as a VP Finance or equivalent in a growth-stage technology company
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions beyond the finance function as a strategic business partner
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
• Hands-on experience with M&A, financial modeling, and modern finance tools like NetSuite
