VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance on a contract-to-hire basis, fully remote, requiring CST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning in a SaaS environment
• Build and oversee sophisticated financial models to support growth initiatives and decision-making
• Prepare and present investor and board-level reporting, including financial performance and strategic insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a SaaS or technology company
• Experience in a private equity-backed or VC-backed organization
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS financial metrics and revenue models
• Expert-level Excel skills with a track record of building complex financial models
