Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting and reporting practices, identifying gaps in current processes
• Manage tax obligations across various jurisdictions and ensure accurate financial metrics for business decisions
• Produce financial documentation for fundraising and oversee procurement integrity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience, including roles as a controller, VP of Finance, or CFO
• Hands-on experience with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Experience managing multi-jurisdiction tax compliance
• Background in building finance operations at a startup or high-growth company
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial metrics and models
