Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support business decisions and investor reporting
• Manage financial operational processes, including billing, accounting, vendor management, and expense tracking
• Oversee teams across customer and business operations, ensuring coordination among support teams and workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, finance, or administration, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
• 1+ years of experience in investment banking or management consulting
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, FP&A, revenue management, and accounting
• Proven experience leading and managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
