VP of Finance Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Finance Operations (Player-Coach | CFO Track).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and ensure accurate revenue reporting from Stripe
• Build and run a driver-based financial model for forecasting and decision support
• Partner with Sales/RevOps to implement discount policies and improve forecast accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Experience working directly under a CFO or Head of Finance in a SaaS business
• Proven track record in finance operations, FP&A, and cash management
• Ability to build teams and systems over time
• Experience with multi-state tax setup and compliance
• Familiarity with finance systems and reporting automation
