VP of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and execution-oriented VP of Financial Planning, the full-time role will manage the FP&A function, including annual operating plans, forecasting, and board reporting, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across all functions
• Serve as the embedded finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering leadership, developing GTM analytics
• Lead preparation of board materials and management reporting, driving adoption across the leadership team

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 3 years in a VP or Director-level role at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record supporting significant ARR growth, ideally in the range of $50M to $150M+
• Deep fluency in key financial metrics such as ARR, NRR, LTV:CAC, and FCF margin
• Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build and stress-test models independently
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders
