A company is looking for a VP of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team while ensuring accuracy and accountability
• Drive operational improvements and manage M&A opportunities with external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in SaaS/tech, PE or VC backed environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and financial metrics
• Proven track record in financial leadership and strategic financial planning
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, with excellent Excel skills
